So I love SNC and was thrilled to have ordered the gift set. Unfortunately I am having trouble getting it. I ordered it on 10/26/10. I received an email confirmation of shipment on 10/27/10. My credit card was charged that same day. It is now 11/12 and I have still not received it. I have emailed the Atlantic Records customer service twice now and have not received any response. Does anyone have a phone number for the customer service? I am becoming very frustrated!

Just finished listened to "Extra Cheers" CD and found it amazing! What a great treat to hear Steve's voice again. Loved this CD!

cherokee410 I love SNC but have had my first dissapointment. Not with the music or the guys, but the All I want for Xmas set. Got it yesterday and went straight home and put in the The Live New York Holiday Concert Special DVD wanting to see the WHOLE concert because you know there was some not shown on the PBS show. Well it's not all on the DVD either. I'm not sure who is responsible for what is on the DVD but I felt like it was false advertising. AND for a group that usually gives 125% it was dissapointing.
