    Chasers,

     

    As we're getting ready to soundcheck for our last show of the tour...THANK YOU!  Ok, sorry for yelling.  I know its been said a million times by all of us, however, it can never be said enough.  2010 has been the most incredible year for all of us.  It's very hard to describe what this whole experience has been like.  Ok, let's review some facts from 2010...

    *SNC released With A Twist a full length pop album, which gained the highest Billboard rating for us so far!

    *SNC goes on tour....not around the Holidays!  First ever spring tour was almost completely sold out.

    *SNC lands a summer residency at Harrah's Atlantic City.  

    -----Ok, so at this point we're all thinking....seriously?  How is this all happening?  Are we dreaming? ----

    Well, I can tell you now how this all happened.  You, you, you, and you.  All of you.  You have all shown the most ridiculous dedication and support for us.  You spread the word about us like wildfire.  Each time you come through the line after the show, its clear to us, because you introduce us to the friends you've brought and converted into Chasers.  Then the next time, they come through the line and do the same thing.  It's fair to say that we owe all of this to you.  

    Not only do you guys come to the shows, but you spoil us with gifts!  Let's see, there have been personalized travel coffee mugs, stuffed animals with our names on them, an IU themed garden gnome, personalized coasters, stockings with our initials filled to the top with gifts, personalized photo albums, ornaments, personalized flask (for me only, beep), personalized shot glasses, and copious amounts of cookies, teas, twizzlers, adult beverages and other baked goods .  If I've forgotten anything, I apologize.  We are so thankful and we cherish all of these things.  The amount of thought, time, and your very hard earned money that you put into these gifts blows me away.  Simply incredible.

    So after seeing most of you numerous times on this tour, add one more thank you to the list.  I hope that each of you has an amazing time celebrating whatever you celebrate this time of year.  Enjoy the time with your family and make sure to take some time for yourself.  It's good to be selfish every once in a while; sometimes you've got to make it a double, haha.  One thing that each of you must do for me; pat yourself on the back for being a huge part of making 2010 so amazing for us.  

    I look forward to ringing in 2011 with some of you and seeing the rest of you guys at some point in the year.  I'm so honored to say that I am a member of THIS Straight No Chaser community.   Thank you for doing what you do!

Also just seeing this blog for the first time. Just wanted to let you know that we are so very thankful to you all for sharing your gift of music with the world. I am anxiously awaiting your new tour schedule (in the Midwest) so we can plan on attending another great concert with all of you. My husband and I could never get tickets for St. Louis, so we wound up going to Indianapolis, then brought some friends with us to I.U. (our son graduated from School of Music there), and FINALLY we attended a St. Louis concert at the Pageant (3 DAYS before our daughter got married....were teased about being "groupies" at that point, but guess we are). We have your CD's and two videos. You make us feel "happy"! LOVE watching all of you perform together! Please keep sharing your outstanding music with all of us. Know touring is intense, but we so appreciate your efforts. God bless!

Stowie35: Keep checking the website here. Tour schedules are usually posted on the homepage. Currently it only has the Canada and England shows listed which says to me the US tour is still be worked on. Usually once it is up, you can order the tickets directly from this web page. Just keeping checking back and you will be able to find the new tour stops listed!

The first time I heard you guys was this year durring christmas time, it was your 12 days of christmas song and christmas music just hasn't been the same since. I was just wondering when you guys were going to tour in the Midwest. I am from Wisconsin and would love to be able to have the oppertunity to hear you guys in concert!! Thanks so much for your time! Wow, SheriS and Rich, you brought tears to my eyes. But you hit the nail on the head. We are all blessed and thankful and better people (I know I am for sure) for what each and every member of SNC and their crew have given of themselves to us every day. And now there is none! Seggie - What is so awesome about the SNC and Chasers relationship is that both sides "get it". Every comment/post/video we see from the ten of you always mentions your appreciation to the fans. After every show you have the Meet and Greet (aside from the one show you did with Barry Manilow). You let us become your friends on FaceBook, you encourage us to video and post your concerts. We (your fans) understand how tiring all the travel and performances must be, yet everytime one of us wants you for an autograph or picture you oblige. So you understand the passion and love your fans have for you. But we the fans also deeply, deeply appreciate the work you put into your shows, the attention you give us when we do make requests and the overall joy you bring to our lives. We "get" that you have personal lives and wish you could be with your family a lot more than you are. So all we can do is say "THANK YOU" for everything you have done for us and we promise to never, never take you guys for granted. Continued success in 2011! Can't wait until you come through town again.

last night, at the end of the broadcast, the ABC evening news showed all the people who contribute to the program - to the strains of "Auld Lang Syne", and I KNOW it was SNC singing it, even though they didn't identify the group. Congrats!

Hi - I felt so lucky to get to see you when you were in Grand Junction, Colorado last fall. Thanks for coming here. (It's "Grand" because the Colorado River used to be named the Grand River; this is where it has its junction w/ the Gunnison River.)(ex-museum docent; I can't help it....) Did you hear yourselves tonight??? Your version of Auld Lang Syne backed the year-end closing credits of Diane Sawyer's evening news show on ABC. Congratulations!! Great arrangement - as usual; I have stopped listening to almost all music but yours. Best wishes to all of you for 2011 - and please come back here for another concert! LSWagner

I can't quite say anything that hasn't already been said, everyone here has such a "way with words". I love your post, and I love this community as well. I am honored to be a "Chaser". It is such a joy to feel like we are more than your fans, but your friends! I truly think that is what differs the most between you guys and any of the other "stars" in the world, you guys not only care about us as fans, but you take the time to include us in your day to day lives and get to know us as individuals. This makes us more than willing to spread the word because what you do is amazing both on stage and off. Please enjoy the holidays, relax, recharge and know that you are all in our thoughts daily! Oh and I really really love your Mom (Seggies Mom: You are Fantabulous!...should we donate display cabinets and shelves for our "fan" gifts?)!

Seriously, it is so easy to spread the word about SNC because the group is made up of such fantastic individuals! When my husband and I saw them a month or so ago in AC, I went through the line to say hi and offered to bring them some cookies. It makes me laugh now to think I would be the only to think of that. I am not one for going out in a crowd, but I was able to come to your concert in Tampa and actually lucked into front row seats in a sold out show. It was an excellent show and made a person feel good. I truly enjoyed it and I thank you for the experience. My teenage daughter attended with me and also enjoyed it. Once again thank you for an exceptional show! I will definitely come to see you again if you return to Tampa.
