End of Fall Tour 2011

Merry Christmas to you as well. Truly not enough words to describe the greatness you bring -- and the gratitude we have. You continue to be so noticeably in awe of the opportunities you have, which is inspiring to anyone with personal and professional dreams. You take your work seriously, but not yourselves so seriously, which only adds to the great personality and inspiring performance. I saw you in Columbus on November 3. A most meaningful night for me. The first concert of men's a cappella singing I went to was about 25 years ago in that same theater, the Palace Theater. I went with my mom that night. I later joined the Ohio State Univ. Men's Glee Club in college and sang with them for years, while earning three degrees (Go Buckeyes!). We had a group similar to SNC at OSU and I was lucky enough to be a part of it. So to watch a group of Big Ten grads living their dreams so nicely and so genuinely is fantastic. I thank you for being the models you are for such lives, both inside and outside of music. Even more special for me about your concert in Columbus is that I got to relive, in many ways, that same concert from 25 years ago. My mom passed away in October this year. Your concert allowed me to pay some tribute to my mom and dad, who brought art and music to me, my brother, and sister early and often. My mom loved SNC, too. Christmas has its toughness this year, the first without Mom physically present. Your music, particularly "Hark the Herald Angels Sing/Angels We Have Heard on High" and "Silent Night", helped me begin my holiday season in full force in November (on a Thanksgiving road trip to Chicago). And, of course, the live performance of "Twelve Days..." in Columbus. I figured that Christmas songs were going to be hard to sing and listen to this year. Thanks, in large part, to SNC, they were reflective, comfortable, and joyful. As they should be. Keep doing what you do ... and keep loving it so noticeably. Thank you! Pat Pauken

Only made our "traditional" holiday show, but it was particularly special to me this year. The pop was great, but the Christmas music gave me something I really needed. Thank you so much.

Thank you to everyone who helped SNC's fall tour to be so successful! I had the pleasure of going to several shows this fall, and even though each one was different from the last, every one was polished and well received. Looking forward to what 2012 has in store for SNC! May the group, their families & everyone that is a part if their team enjoy a very prosperous new year!
