Is anyone else having problems getting the tickets for the harrah's shows ??? I created a screen name and password & was supposed to get an activation email. Never got it. Tried again & password didn't work. Sent me a new password & that didn't work. I am leary about spending all that money on tickets and having all this trouble (not to mention the fact that I will have to put in a credit card number). Any suggestions ??? Maybe I'll call the box office directly. :)

Jen-I didn't see that option either. I ordered through the .bz website as it was the only option I saw at the time. Still really excited for the Aug 18 show!

3MW, I agree, I'm a little uncomfortable with the fact that I shelled out all that money and haven't gotten my tickets yet... BUT, I'm still pumped about going to the concert! I can hardly wait for July!!

Hi. Can't wait for show in August. Wanted to pass along a message that the online buying experience was less than stellar. It said I would receive an email to confirm purchase. I didn't. When I called the number they said I shouldn't expect tickets to mail out for over a month. That is a little disconcerting; we order lots of tickets online and they almost always ship within a week. Not sure if this recent post reflects a change to whomever is handling the ticket sales.
