Straight No Chaser Blog

I was up all nite & didn't get to sleep until the birds were singing & the sun shining!
Now I'm all messed up since I slep til after 2p!

BooBoo: I'm with you on the sleep thing. Finally fell asleep about 2:30 am! Today, I'm paying for it as I have no umphhhhh! Need to be doing some cleaning but sure don't feel like it. EARLY TO BED TONIGHT!

FABULOUS job last night on Jimmy Fallon!! You made this fan proud!! The excitement in your faces was contagious!! I first saw the clip on Jimmy Fallon's website, the half a sleep, on the actual show when it aired in our area. The first time smiles of pride, the second time I was excited for you guys I couldn't go back to sleep!?! Like always you guys were AMAZING!!!

Straight No Chaser and Ndamukong Suh on the same show. What a nice surprise! (Can you tell I'm from Nebraska?) Ndamukong is a great guy and I'm sure he will be very successful no matter what team he ends up with. Great job on the medley guys. Now if only we could get Ellen to take notice!!

Yeah, I was over here too acting the fool, clapping & yelling.
I watched their performance & then deleted it from the dvr, what's this about a sketch now?
Did I miss something else by not going thru the rest of the show?
After them, stuff seemed boring & not worth watching, but I'll be so upset if I them missed something!

As a former member of an A Capella group, I am very aware of digital mixing and blending...it is a necessary evil especially in big houses, but I just saw you tonight at Nokia, and your second encore without the microphones was a priceless sound. You guys have a very unique ability to blend like I have never heard 10 people do ever before.

Just watched you on Jimmy Fallon and was sooo excited!! I was clapping after your performance as if I was actually there....I know it's sad. But you guys did and awesome job!!! And you could tell that you were all so excited to be there! Love you guys!!!!

Just watched you on Jimmy Fallon! I'm glad he had you on right in the beginning. Great job singing all the theme songs from the old "TGIF" TV shows! It really wasn't a "comedy sketch"; while they were singing the different songs the opening intros from the old TV shows were shown for each one.
