Diva_Donna, I totally agree with your comment about the video--apparently, I'm too old to appreciate that type of thing but it was a little over the top and not funny at all. I have the greatest respect for SNC and their amazing music. They are so talented and appreciated, deservedly, by their fans and our trying to get the word out about their music.

Kostby, is this the same thing that SNC sing at before? There's something posted somewhere, where they are singing in front of a bunch of veterens. I'm thinking it's something way bigger than the National Anthem at a game. They've done that a number of times. Is there a big anniversary of the Liberty Bell??? What else is big in Philly??

I'm guessing SNC will be singing at the annual 4th of July concert on the National Mall in Washington D.C. It's carried live on PBS stations across the country.

SheriS, even though we are officially one time zone in Indiana, I think people near Chicago may still go by CST. I know when others went DST and we didn't, the people in the SE corner of the state changed anyway to stay on the same time as Louisville. It's crazy. Geographically, we ought to be on CST. Instead, DST lets us pretend we are for nine months a year.

I live on the Illinois / Indiana border and Indiana started observing daylight saving's time a few years ago. The state is in the Eastern Time Zone. Illinois is Central Time Zone so we have to plan any time we travel to Terre Haute or Vincennes for Dr. appts., etc.

When I lived in Indiana, there were two time zones--part of the state was on Eastern time and the northwest corner was on Central time--it was horrible as we could go a few miles from our house and be in another time zone. Haven't lived there in 10 years so not sure what they've done in that time--it was crazy as you had to plan carefully or you would be late for something important!
