I always loved that song. Right from the very first time I heard it long ago. The choir behind Madonna's vocals gave the song an added spirit. One I didn't think could be matched until I heard the rendition by SNC.
I saw you perform this song last night in Salina, KS. Very well done gentlemen! Seggie asked which song was my favorite. I have to say this was in the top 5. The harmony was spot-on! Your talent shines through each song performed. Please come back to Kansas!!! You will be received with open arms and greatful hearts!!
Your version of this song is truly inspiring! You did an amazing job with the vocals, and I LOVE the harmony. It is really awesome how you can take about any song and transform it into something absolutely incredible.....too bad you can't come back through St. Louis sometime! They've done songs I never heard before like Wonderwall, I'm Yours, & Fix You, that I love instantly.
They've done songs I never liked, the one by the Zombies, the name escapes me right now, & I love it!
And they've done old favorites like Poison/Billy Jean & Tainted Love, so completely different then the originals, & with that wonderfully goofy video, & I love them even more, if that's even possible!
Thankfully, I have a great boss who lets me off work, & a very understanding bf who just kisses me goodbye & tells me to be careful & have a good time as I drive off into the sunset enroute yet another SNC concert!
Saw you doing this in concert and now watching it here and it is still chilling. Absolutely superb! I cannot wait for another album and hope songs like this is on there!
Hey!! So guys...will you PLEASE add another show to the Reading/Philly area?!?!?!? I want to see another Christmas show so bad! But...I'm 5 hours from Pittsburgh and that's the only show in PA for Christmas... :(

Our choir at fishers did this at the original tempo and basically as she wrote it, and i can't even compare it to this. I love the emotion behind this version. Doing it this soft and slow but with as much as energy as the original brings helps the audience connect. i love it ! Great work guys.

I don't even like Madonna, and never cared for this song growing up, but this was definitely my favorite song at your Newark, Ohio show. The arrangement is unbelievable, and Mike just blew the doors off the vocals! Well done!
I'm so glad you guys put the one up from the Reading show! I was watching different videos of it on your website before the concert so that I could see the different ways you guys sung it. But when I heard it in Reading, it took my breath away. I thought that was awesome. It almost made me cry. I showed my older brother the video and he is a fan now. He said that the next show I go to, he wants to go with me :) I'm recruiting fans!!!
I never liked this song until I heard you sing it in AC, Mike. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! Can't wait until November when SNC is back in AC. Looking forward to seeing all of you in person again. There is nothing like the experience of your live show.
That has got to be the most beautiful version of that song that I have ever heard! I saw you guys at Harrah's in July and have been in love ever since. I did have your Christmas CD on my I-Pod but...seeing you in person!! WOW!

@Kathy--"hauntingly beautiful" is the PERFECT way to describe this song! I am absolutely in love with Mike everytime he opens his mouth! All of the guys are great--amazing control of their voices, crescendo and decrescendo, everything blending so perfectly. I love SNC and their incredible talent!
I absolutely *love* SNC's version of Like a Prayer and I sincerely hope it is recorded sometime soon! The arrangement is incredible and the vocals are...yes, haunting! It's just an amazing performance-my words are not doing it justice ;)
