SheriS: Excellent advise...and so true. While I still have my mom, I lost my dad to a sudden heart attack almost 3 years ago at only 66 years old. I'm sure that is a lot of why I try to do a lot of things for my mom that she wouldn't do for herself. She is 71 and was diagnosed with breast cancer 5 months after my dad died. While she is cancer-free now, you just never know what tomorrow may bring. S. Brandon, I hope and pray that I still have my mom at 85 too :-))

S. Brandon: Cherish every moment you have with your Mom as we never know when we will lose them. Mother's Day is always hard as it takes you back to the days when you could celebrate the special days with your family, specially your parents. A friend of mine always said "getting old ain't for sissies" and that is so true. Cherish those memories every day of your life! Thanks to all for your kind words.

Good job, Paula! What a fun time! :-) To those of you who have lost your mothers, I offer my condolences. My mother is in relatively good health for going on 85, but I know I won't have her forever. I try to appreciate her now.

My first thought was the same as Sarah's - Wonder if Charlie's going to have his new stamp ready!!! And, like Amber and Sheri, I also lost my best friend, but what a wonderful idea for Mom's Day!

This was a great idea guys but...mine is better! I bought tickets within minutes of when they went on sale online and will be bringing my mom to see you LIVE the day before Mother's Day in Tulsa. Hotel reservations have also been made so that we won't have to drive home late after the concert. I know that she will love this gift as much as she loved her birthday gift in December...front row seats at the SNC concert in Bartlesville. She's almost as big of fan as I am!

I was just going to say something like that, Sarah. :-D

This is an amazing idea. Better break out that stamp. Chuck. ^_^

Wow! You guys are really speciall, of course we knew that, but this is over the top! Wish my Mom was still alive as she would have loved you and your music! She would be right beside me cheering and clapping as we both loved to sing as well. Thanks for thinking of your fans again--truly amazing!

I think this if a WONDERFUL idea... sadly my mother is no longer here. She past away back in Oct last year, but I know that she would have loved this. I hope that it works out, and you better get your hands warmed up again. Or have you already got the cards signed??? lol

Wow, guys, 500 more cards! Better get those hands warmed up!
