I don't really listen to any other a cappella groups much, but I think it would be awesome if you guys did "Star Wars Medley" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PGYAPr6UKhs or the Glee version of "Don't Stop Believin'" (or a better version if you can make one) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TUZwdbeS2mM

I really like Van Canto - a cappella metal band from Germany. All instruments (exclude drums) that are played by musicians in a regular metalband now are imitated by their voices. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Shw3lYC6DsY

I like Sweet Honey in the Rock and Ladysmith Black Mambazo. Caught last couple episodes of "Sing Off" and really enjoyed the show. Hope they do it again. Increased my appreciation of the possibilities in a cappella singing.

"SIX" also known as the Knudsen Brothers. Voted best show in Branson the past 2 years.

there's 3 really good groups i've heard but they're not from the US. the first one is the Voca People, from Tel Aviv, Israel. the second one is The Real Group from Stockholm, Sweeden, and the third one is A'cappella Expresss from Moscow, Russia (and the 3 's' are intentional. that's how they spell their name)

Well there is a good group that has had several different members over the years. The group is called Acappella, they are a church group but their voices are beautiful especially the groups from the '90s. I was also in an a cappella group in college. Singing is one of my favorite things and I cannot wait for your album to come out. Besides a cappella I listen to alternative rock, hard rock, and metal. Not quite the same as a cappella, but I guess that's who I am, wierd.

I have always enjoyed listening to The Nylons. More recently, I have enjoyed our local A Capella Group from Seattle, The Coats!

I hope to see SNC when they come to Seattle in May! And I look forward to the day when I can purchase more music than just playing the Christmas songs on the website over and over again!

Of course, there's always YouTube.....thanks, guys! Keep up the great music!

While I was cruising through YouTube I happened on a Cuban a cappella group called Vocal Sampling. It gets really interesting at 4:15 and goes off-the-chart crazy at 4:45!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=80UevGcOmGc.

Thanks for posting the invite. I love SNC's version of The Lion Sleeps Tonight and I was especially struck by the short bit when they harmonize like Ladysmith Black Mambazo. And I was reminded of a song I loved from the movie Mighty Joe Young. It's called Windsong. There's a vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fIpFywiUMoc. It's long, but at 1:30 there's an intro and the song runs through 4:30. The vid also has lyric "cards" in it as well as the English translation in the Info section.
