During the meet and greet at the Edinburgh show he was so nice. I told him I travelled from Aberdeen in Scotland.He asked how far it was from Edinburgh. I said 100 miles. He was suprised. And he said he hope to see me at a future show

I hope Charlie had a lovely, peaceful time at home with this family this month! Gotta say, thought, that I kinda miss his presence on twitter...:) Can't wait to see what he brings to the UK tour, and then....CANADA!!

I like to think of Charlie fans as "Mechliacs." Sounds like something you need a lot of therapy for.
I might be a Mikeaholic.... might be?! Okay, no I am a Mikeaholic. But I may be developing Mechlingitis. It was very unexpected. Could have had something to do with him passing right in front of me at McCaw Hall in Seattle. I didn't notice any particular smell, but that smile of his.... WOWZERS! POG Resistamines of no avail. When it comes to these guys, "meds" are futile... just like trying to resist any of them... go ahead... I dare you to try... You will fail epically... or fall epically... or both! Good times. Just sayin'.
HAHAHAHA, Lisa! Sweet "smile" makes much more sense. I would also like to say, for the record, that Mr. Mechling was totally switched on for the Chicago shows over the weekend. I can't think of any other way to describe it. His Grinch solo is deadly.
@Lisa N.- I have yet to experience the 'sweet smell' of Charlie but I do agree his easy going nature is so addictive! Although I love all of them, Charlie is my new favorite Chaser.
@Kristin - ha ha ha - I just saw your question about "sweet smell"...um...let me clarify, that should be sweet SMILE! In my defense, thinking about that smile got me distracted and I mistyped! I can't even blame this one on auto correct. :)
Listening to the new EP is killing me. But in a good way. #Basslove is alive and well in this new group of songs. Charlie - you've made me and many other bass lovers very happy.
I think all the time about how much Charlie sacrifices in order to be with SNC and sing for us. It's heartbreaking when he tweets about worrying that his baby won't remember him when he goes home. Yet later he'll come out with one of these sweet tweets that just makes him that much more endearing (how that's possible I have no idea):

Charlie's sense of humor and smile are two things that never fail to make me smile. If I'm having a bad day, I look up one (usually more) of the numerous videos floating around that showcase said sense of humor and smile. Good example is with any video of Hi De Ho. I'm always smiling by the end of that song!
