PRESALE SOLD OUT tickets?

I ended up with FOUR tickets to the Nov 30 concert in Los Angeles. I selected 2 Quick Pick, and then was told they couldn't find my registration, so re-register. After I entered my credit card info, I saw I had four tickets!!! Tried going back to see if it could be changed, but no go. Went ahead and paid for the four. If my daughter & son-in-law can't attend with me, I guess I'll have to sell them.

So.....since more pre-sale tickets opened up, go for it! I went to the actual venue's website, and they want outrageous prices!!!

Whoever is still looking for tickets -- they just announced that they have managed to open up some more pre-sale seats, so go for it, and good luck!

They usually only block out a relatively small section for a pre-sale. You should have an opportunity to buy seats that are just as good when the regular on sale date gets here. Just make sure you jump on it early.

Phooey! Sorry it didn't work out. Good luck with getting your seats when the rest of tickets go on sale tomorrow!

Eileen: I tried your suggestion of "1" and Buy More, and it took me back to the list of shows. I selected 11/30 again, and what do you know....."SOLD OUT". So I guess there was only ONE seat left, and it was in Orchestra. There is no Orchestra on the seating map I have. Just Main Floor, Mezzanine and Balcony. I guess that one seat will just be available now, since I didn't complete the purchase. :(

Eileen: Thanks for the reply. There is no "Buy More" when I selected 2, and I don't want to have seats far apart. I think I'll just take my chances and get tickets when available to the general public. That's what I did for the March 23 concert, as I hadn't discovered SNC until way after that presale. I bought those tickets on Jan 2, I think, right at the box office.

When I found out about the November 30 concert, I went to the Pantages website, but that concert wasn't even listed then. I do have the seating chart for the theater, so we'll see.

I agree about this system. I have had to "log in" several times using "chasers/tickets" and registering all over again.

You can try doing "quick pick" for a ticket or 2, then click on "buy more" and it will take you to a page that has a seating map with a little diagram at the top showing which seats (if any) are available. You might be able to find one close to the other seat they gave you with quick pick. Good luck. This system is a pain.

I am trying to buy tickets for Los Angeles, November 30. I have no idea what the QUICK PICK tickets are, but I selected 2 tickets and clicked on it. I am presented with this message:
There are not 2 Tickets at $59.50 available for that performance.
- and/or -
There are not 2 Tickets at $59.50 available in a single row.

Please try a smaller quantity or use the Seat Map to select your seats.

OK. I see the seat map, but there is NO WAY to select any seats, no matter where I click. Can anyone help????

I learned about the pre sale tickets for Fall schedule from the blog that was posted. The site indicated when the tickets would go on sale. I bought my tickets at 5:30pm when they went on sale.

Then today, I get an email telling me pre sale tickets were now on sale. However, it was 1 day after the sale started. The pre sale tickets go quickly, so I am sure I would have missed out if I had waited for the email.

Last year we got an email in advance of the pre sale so we were definitely prepared. It definitely was not handled the same way this year.

They go on sale May 11 for everyone else, Gloria & Rick. Pre-sale for Chaser fans started last night at 6 p.m., and some of the venues go fast. Did you try looking at Friday night?

Usually there are only certain tickets available for the presale, and then more tickets are released through Ticketmaster. I would definitely check Ticketmaster as soon as tickets go on sale Friday.

I do agree that this presale and its announcement were not timed very well.

I don;t understand either - something must be wrong with this website - I love SNC but this whole presale concert sale is absurd. Just a thought..last year I bought presale tickets and when I looked the next day on Ticketmaster they had better tickets. Check Ticketmaster tomorrow.

  • PRESALE SOLD OUT tickets?

FOUR of us have been anticipating buying your concert tickets for the Dec 8th concert in Indy which said they would go on sale on the 11th of May but now today I look after I receive an email that says we can buy tickets today and it says - PRESALE SOLD OUT??????????

What is up with that? How could I have possibly bought tickets for this event beforehand? I am so disappointed - we were bringing a couple with us and spending the night - they have never seen you and they are going to be so upset.

Can you explain your processing on PRESALE concerts?

YOUR FAN........just wanting four tickets for December 8th!!

    All the Best,
    Gloria Rick Pat...
