The show in Madison tonight was fantastic with only one very distracting problem.

The lighting! The light bar at the front of the stage was hung so that lights obstructed sight lines for the balcony. The lights at either corner of the stage aimed into the audiences eyes every time they went into motion and the four lights on the platform at the rear of the stage also aimed into the sight lines of the audience numerous times...

Your voices are great, stage show is fun and very entertaining but the lighting detracts from what should have been an absolutely perfect concert.

Please take a look at the lighting from the audiences point of view including the cheap seats.

If the venue was responsible for the lighting please let me know and I will address the problem with the Overture center.

Thanks for the response Dave and I want you to know this was my first Chaser show but it will not be my last!
The concert was fantastic! Every note, move and song perfect...
Just remind the lighting director that he should be accenting you and lighting the stage instead of the audience and everyone will get to enjoy the entire Chaser experience.
In the lighting directors defense, the venue has some very steep sight lines so his design could have worked perfectly in a different theater.
I hope you enjoyed your time in Madison and return for another concert soon...
A marketing note for you, in the 80's the Nylons made Madison a regular stop and would sell out three or four nights in a row every tour...

AS a Chaser, it is always dis-heartening to see complaints. We like to think that everything should be perfect, and for the most part, I believe it is. I can tell you that all of the SNC staff really do try to do their best in presenting a performance starting with ticket sales all the way to the meet & greet in the end.

I have forwarded your message to the lighting director with the hopes that this same problem can be avoided in the future.
