Just collecting opinions on this.
I purchased 4 front row seats for the SNC concert at the Van Wezel in Sarasota, in May, for the concert next Thursday.
I received an email yesterday saying that the seats were no longer available and they had found us seats 'a few rows back'.
Based on the email the 4 seats that had been next to each other are now scattered over 4 rows. The intent was for this to be a family outing.
Has anyone ever seen this? Any opinions on what I should do?

My wife finally got to talk to a real person, rather than all the email. We are all together in the 6th row from the stage, rather than the first.
Apparently they double sold the original seats.
Have you actually tried to contact the box office via phone to talk to someone? Maybe it was just an email error. Hopefully things get sorted out for you!
