Hi, everyone! I'm so proud that SNC and the powers that be chose my hometown of Fresno for their NYE's bash, but I would love to share them with as many of us Chasers as possible, making it the biggest bash EVER! For those of you who don't think they can afford to fly out here, or are nervous cause they've never even heard of Fresno...I'd love to help. Let me know if I can help you find affordable airfare or lodging. Unfortunately, it may be a tight squeeze to fit all you Chasers in my humble abode...but feel free to lodge with myself, Karen, Rebekah, and Beka's mom..at The Radisson Hotel. I believe the Radisson is within walking distance to the concert venue. Also, if you fly in to Fresno's airport, and are staying at the Radisson, they have a free shuttle to take you to the hotel and back. After the concert festivities, we're continuing the party over at the Radisson. Ok, guys....let's do this!!! Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Jeanette..Yes I will be there. It appears that they won't go to midnight it appears if it is like last year...bummmer.
Wish I could go, but it's cutting it a bit close time-wise now. I have booked flights to go back home for the holidays for two weeks and just made the first down payment on the cruise. My finances are dwindling rapidly for this year.

@Susanne & Jeanette - The show did not go until midnight. It was longer than a normal show but they were still gracious enough do a meet and greet afterwards last year, which was above and beyond in my opinion/ They had lots of family and friends there to celebrate and the time they took to do the m&g line was amazing.
There was no official after party that I'm aware of, but a number of Chasers gathered outside the venue and counted down to midnight together to ring in the New Year. Afterwards, several did gather to party at a hotel. Admittedly, I headed home after our sidewalk countdown, so I'm limited on details of any partying lol
Traci...total bummer! I felt the same way last year when I couldn't attend. I just lucked out this year when my hometown was chosen. Who knows...maybe Maine will ring in the new year next year. Take pictures?? Well....ok!
Susanne...I'm wondering the same thing! Perhaps we could find out from other Chasers that attended last year's NYE show. You going?
I wish I could! But it's an expensive trip from Maine! Have fun and take LOTS of pictures for those of us wishing we could be there! =]
Jeanette..Are they going to play until Midnight? Or is there an After Party to ring in the New Year?
My mom, myself and my daughter are all going to the show!! We are so excited, this is our 3rd Chaser show! Every show, my daughter takes the picture of her and Charlie at the last concert and has him sign it!! Heres hoping he will remember when he signs his 3rd on this time!!! She looks forward to getting her picture taken with him everytime!
Well, just found out I'm off work on 12/31, 1/1, & 1/2, so now it's almost like too much of a temptation not to go!

Lisa...you should email me and give me further details about how long you'd like to be in town, day and time preferences. I found airfare from Dallas Fort Worth to Fresno for under $400, and even cheaper flying into San Francisco. I found them through OneTravel.com and Travelocity. What was your email address?
I keep checking flight prices but they seem to be getting higher. I know it will be a fabulous time!!

This is awesome Jeanette! Can't wait to see everyone. @Lisa, San Francisco is about a 3-3.5 hour drive from Fresno (according to Google), so if you can fly to Fresno, it would probably be easier for you.

Very cool! Thanks Jeanette! I am considering coming out for it. I have never been to CA. If I can do this, I will be flying from Fort Worth, TX. First question is should I fly into Fresno or San Francisco or somewhere else? Wasn't sure how big Fresno airport is. If we make a long weekend out of it, what are the must-see things to do in and around Fresno?
