I was really excited to hear you are releasing a new CD....but that there would only be six songs on it... Six Pack 2...why aren't you able to put 12-18 songs on a new CD?

No DVD anytime soon that I know of, at least not through this site. With the first PBS special, you could get a DVD of the special as a "thank you gift" for pledging a bunch of money to PBS. Eventually those DVDs became available for direct purchase here. Maybe the new special will be available some time down the road, but I don't *think* it's gonna be anytime soon, other than maybe as a pledge thank you again.
As far as an EP vs. a full album, the guys have been burning the candle at both ends for forever. They squeezed in some time in the recording studio between the tours and Atlantic City. I am not familiar with how long it takes to record and produce an album, but I do know SNC sets really high standards for themselves. So, the EP is probably the most they could get done without cutting corners.
There is a PBS show that they guys filmed that will air in December, maybe that's the DVD GML is talking about.
GML....I thought I was totally in the SNC loop. When are they releasing a new DVD? I am ordering the new Six Pack CD and going to be on the lookout for the new PBS special in December, but I missed the DVD somewhere.
I don't know about any one else, but I'm thrilled to get six songs from them! (and am pleasantly surprised with the choices!) After all how many songs are in the upcoming DVD? And that coupled with the full schedule in AC for three months AND being on the road touring the US, Canada and the UK? Not only that, but now the Thanksgiving Day Parade and all the tweets, face book, video - 5 questions, and Tell All Tuesdays?!! I don't know how much one can expect from these fellows? They give and give and give so much, and I sure do not want them to burn out! We'd always take more, Ann, and can't get enough of their fantastic voices and songs, but after all - how could they call it 18 pack?!! I am just so happy to get what they give us, and all the videos on Youtube etc. Good things come to those who wait, and I can't wait for all the cd's to come in the future!! They will not only be good, but, as Tony would say...GGGGRRRRRRREAAAT!!!!! It must be a good feeling for them to know we can't ever get enough songs from them! (At least I hope it is!) Hope you can find the virtue in patience Ann, along with so many of us! It will happen! and I'm sure it will be more than worth the wait!
