Since Jerome's birthday is coming up very soon, (4/25) I was anxiously awaiting someone to start a discussion thread to spread that wonderful Chaser love Jerome's way, but since none were started yet I thought I'd give it a try (This is my first thread and I hope I'm not stepping on any one's toes!)
Where does one start when it comes to Jerome?!!! He is so unique! So, some Chasers, @DaisyKary's thread, described Jerome in one word: Handful, Multifaceted, Incredible,World-class, Breath-takinglyamazingwonderfultalentedman, Confident, Sweet, Irresistible, 'Family' and Entertaining!
Since I couldn't come up with one word I used two (their initials), and for Jerome I described him as "Just Crazy-good"! He is so talented and uninhibited, and the man can MOVE!!! He is a true performer, showman and entertainer in every sense of those words. What I appreciate so much is that he is not afraid to look, or be, silly to get us laughing! I also love when he shows that softer side of his vocal talents.
I think Jerome described himself the best when he said he is:"Passionate"!! So true, and you can see it in every single note he sings! I love his passion for what he does. It is contagious and just makes us all the more passionate about SNC and him!
As with each of the guys, SNC would not be the same without Jerome, so lets share some Chaser love with our one and only "ROME". And might I suggest we hold nothing back (in the same spirit that he does on stage for all of us!)....

Hope that Jerome and all of the guys are feeling better.... I also want to say a big thanks to Jerome for taking the time to take a picture with my son Friday night in Reading and also to Mama Collins for being such a sweetheart! She gave my son a big hug when I told her that Jerome was one of Josh's favorite guys (Don being the other one) and she told him that it was a good thing that Don had fans like him because he was going to need all the fans he could get after she hit him for busting Jerome's lip... LOL

For those Chasers not on Twitter or Face Book (I hope you get on soon, as it is fun!) I just wanted to give you a little update on our one and only Rome:
He had to get stitches on the inside of his lip the other day, from a run in with Don's elbow, I believe! (BB?)
I just saw a tweet where he said his voice was "spent" and that he was gonna have a hard go of it tonight.
Please keep him in your prayers!
(on a selfish note, I am hoping to see him on Wednesday, and can't imagine a show without his beautiful voice, in tip top shape!!)

It's tough on all the guys when they come to Colorado, but Rome BROUGHT IT when they were here last month. 4 shows in 3 days, including 2 shows in one day, and he was even more fabulous the last show than the first. The voice, the moves - what else do I need to say? He always raises the energy level of the audience.The man is the consummate professional, and got rave reviews at every show. I had to laugh when one elderly lady said 'that Michael Jackson guy was really wonderful!' at one of the shows (the audiences for these shows was on the whole a wee bit older than the average SNC fanatics ;) ).
Rome - we'll try to work on getting more air in our air for ya next time ;)

Jerome is so amazing. He has always been so sweet to me every time I've ever seen him. He grins like he's seeing an old friend. I can't wait to see him on the day before his birthday next month!

Jerome was simply fantastic on their Canadian tour. He brought down the house! This guy is simply amazing!!!

I saw a few videos on YouTube today, and must say Rome is lookin' better than ever! I just love his voice!! (He did Up On The Roof, and sounded perfect, as usual! I love when he instigates, and gets Mide laughing, too!!! Miss you, Rome!!

@Fab4tune is accurate about "if you didn't use it.." (re: Rome's tweet about the unofficial Kiss a Brother Holiday"! (I just assumed if onee was asking, then they didn't use it!). I, too, would have loved to see him perform in the Lion King! (I wonder if there are any tapes "out there" of his performance??) I also love how he was described as a showman in the recent SNC review from the UK! If anyone has the link (I'm still learning that computer skill), for the review, please feel free to post it here!
I'm glad to see @Fab4tune and everyone else has kept this thread going in my absence (My computer was misbehaving!) because Rome sure does deserve our love, with all that he gives to us! and Passion is the word that Rome used to describe himself. He is also a man who knows himself!!
Yes @GML is correct! As long as you didn't use it 1/27/12 on someone else you can *float* the holiday to ANY day this year depending on when you see Rome next. So @Jeanette P., if the cruise is your next SNC show of 2012 then make sure you pack your *raincheck* & chapstick. ;-)

@Jeanette P.... Since Rome announced that it was a "floating holiday" I am certain the "Cruise" would qualify...maybe even double!! I'd go for the double, myself!! lol
