I recently purchased an Ipod for the sole purpose of putting SNC music on it just to be able to listen to them at work. Then I started thumbing though all of the other cd's I have.... it was a long trip down memory lane. I found some old favorites that have new meaning. Don't know if that happens for anyone else, but it did me. And it got me to thinkin'...... this song is a perfect dedication song for the marvelously musical men in Straight No Chaser (past and present), their seriously, super supportive families and loved ones, as well as for my new found Chaser friends. I hope it blesses all of you the way you have blessed me!

So if there's a song out there you want to dedicate to anyone whether it be by posting the lyrics, a link, or a video. Here's the place to do it..... on Chaserville Radio on SNCFM at "99.9998" (on Seggie's dial!)

Kristin and Dottie..... these songs are for you.....

September 4th is drawing nigh and the boys will be saying a fond "...so long, farewell, Auf Wiedersehen, good night..." to Atlantic City in just a few, short days. So to them - the incredibly gracious, amazingly talented, and wonderfully entertaining men of Straight No Chaser - I dedicate these songs....

The first because I imagine that they feel that way sometimes and the second is more of a tribute to the gone, but never could possibly forget, the amazing Hair Band Medley.....
@kathleen, very well put I couldn't agree more! Great song Gina.
Wonderful topic, Gina. I love Sandi Patty's songs. This one fits so well our guys and the Chaser friends we have gotten to know in here and in person. I should stop feeling so surprised that I can feel so close to so many people that I have never met in person. I often wonder if the guys really have any idea of the impact they have made in so many lives in such a short time. The example they give to others in their lives onstage and off, with each other, their families and friends needs to get as much coverage as possible. The world needs to hear more often of men who can be successful by being decent, caring and loving than what passes normally for those who have achieved celebrity status. As they gather more and more fans, they continue to uphold and exemplify the values I hold dear. They will always be loved by me for that.
Love it Gina! Thanks for doing this!
Sweeeeet! \o/
