I ordered tickets for the Oct 17 Houston concert through this site and starz.bz but nowhere on the confirmation or receipt did it tell me how I will receive my tickets. Will they be mailed to me? Emailed? Please, help me fine an answer ASAP. that is a LOT of money to spend with no indication of how I get those tickets.

Thank you Sheri & Rebekah for your comments! I have emailed and called and will continue to do so but at least one of you has actually gotten the tickets. That makes me feel a little better. I will feel a LOT better when I am holding them in my hands! For now, I'll just keep trying. Any more news... please let me know!
Starz.bz tells you they are delivered by UPS--my arrived in the regular mail and I did not have to sign for them. I was shocked as I had just communicated with them via email and they told my tickets would arrive in August. I received them the end of June. I was extremely grateful to get them and felt my headache was over. I wish you all GOOD LUCK!

I've also ordered tickets from starz.bz for a December show in Seattle. I sent an email to the site a while back to make sure my order was still on track and was told, "Your tickets will be shipped in early August." That makes me think they'll be arriving by mail.
I believe I've also read on the site that someone has to be there to sign for the delivery. I imagine (and hope!) that they'll send a email telling us when the tickets have been shipped so we can be there to receive them. Like SheriS said, if you still have doubts, it never hurts to email the site directly!

I would suggest you check to make sure your order has been processed. There is an email address on the Starz.bz sight. I didn't know as I received no confirmation from them, couldn't get any info on my order--I ended up ordering tickets from the event host, and suddenly received the tickets in the mail. I suggest very strongly, you contact via email about your order. Be on the safe side and not sorry later when it is toooo late!
