Update about the Guys via Ryan

I wrote Ryan asking for some updates on what was happening with the guys.  This is what I learned.

Me:  Things we'd like to know:  Is there going to be a tour before AC?

Ryan:
Let me answer as "officially" as I can...

1. The only dates that are booked before AC are as follows: 4/29 in Bloomington, IN at the 15 Year Reunion Concert (we're singing 5 or so tunes in the undergraduate group's annual Spring Concert), 5/4-7 in the UK with Barry Manilow, and Gettysburg, PA on 6/10. The information on the website is the most current we have.

Me:  Are you guys really in the studio recording?  If so, videos & pics from that would be great.

Ryan:
2. Recording has been pushed back until some guest artists we are reaching out to for collaboration have responded. We are looking at this as a good thing all-around. In the meantime, we are looking at releasing some great new merchandise in conjunction with the run at Harrah's this summer.

3. I'm sure we'll have some pictures on the website from our upcoming time celebrating together in Bloomington.

Me:  Can you give us an idea how long it takes from studio to release & approximately when we might expect news on it?

Ryan:
4. Typically it takes at least 6 months from start to finish for an album project. This includes all the time required for tracking, editing, mastering, photo shoots, preparing the artwork, manufacturing, and distribution, not to mention the time beforehand to arrange all the music and rehearse. Until we start recording the new album (time TBD), that's the only update I can give you.
