Thanks for the updates Dave, to the WebCrew - kudos for helping to correct the situation, and, we can't forget a BIG YAY to the Chaser community for protecting their precious commodity! I'd be unlikely to point the finger at someone at Atlantic, even if an honest mistake. With today's technology, and the right amount of "geek," the song could have shown up almost anywhere.

Thanks Dave for the heads up and keeping us all updated on this. Thanks to all of SNC's fabulous fans for bringing this issue to everyone's attention and not supporting the "evil blue monster's" illegal actions. Of course, I'm only being serious. :-) I live and work in Wal-Mart headquarters country, so I see my fair share of things they get away with on a daily basis.

I'd like to hear the story on how this happened when all is said & done.
I'd guess an accident, that all things SNC were sent out without someone realizing the one shouldn't have been, & I'd say it would probably be on Atlantic's end, cause how could Walmart even have access to it without someone giving it to them?
I'm also curious on how many copies were sold before it was pulled.

And, how did Walmart even get it, that's kind of weird.

Wow is right! No idea how Walmart could've gotten to it. Obviously, if they had it up on the site without SNC's or Atlantic's knowledge, then they most likely weren't getting any profit from that... This furthers my theory that Walmart is a necessary evil in today's society... :o)

Ok,,,,the official word is that "Live your life and flow..." is not a released song for sale, and should not have been on the Walmart site. You will find that it has now been removed from Walmart.

If you guys don't already know, America the Beautiful is available for download now. I was wandering around Walmart & saw it there, but it's cheaper on Amazon.
