Help with the Ellen DeGeneres Campaign

Just got done with the request to have SNC appear on the Ellen Show.  Very easy everyone should do it.. 

I attended the Stroudsburg Concert - sorry for that comment Ryan you received!!!  Was sitting behind Jerome's Dad.  So much fun watching him watch his son.  Talked to him after the show - Dad said all of Jerome's talent comes from him and that Jerome's sister is too very talented.  They had friendly fights on who was the best - Jerome, sister and Dad.  I would love to been in that household.

Anyway this is what I submitted to the Ellen site.....

I am sure you have heard  the YouTube Cinderella story about the a cappella group Straight No Chasers that was originally formed at Indiana University.  I went to one of their shows a week ago and I am still smiling.  They are great singers, great dancers and are FUNNY!  We felt the heartache of Charlie a base singer who never got to sing words, witnessed the amazing talents of Jerome as he performed a Michael Jackson medley - dance moves included.  My personal favorite was when the group performed Lion Sleeps Tonight  and Ryan belted out the high notes…..

Ellen picture this - a group of ten grown men in suits singing a nostalgic You, Me and The Bottle Makes Three and in the middle of the song the group breaks out dancing to Beyonce’s Single Ladies….  I am confident you will love Straight No Chasers, your audience will love them and most of all, us viewers will love them…

    No, Julie, I'm sure selecting a photo was a tough decision for the judges. :-)

    Isn't this Oprah's last year, or does she have one more? 'cause if this is her last, I'm guessing she already has everything booked. No reason not to give it a shot, though.

    Ok. Just sent my .02 cents to Oprah's team. We'll get them on ONE of these daytime talk shows!! Personally, I may have to have a visit with Dr. Phil. Should I be this upset about my photo not being selected for the "Best Friend" video? Sighhhhhhhhh.

    Thank you so much!!! We've (Facebook's "Get Straight No Chaser on Ellen") have asked many fans to write into Ellen to request an appearance on her show.

    Your story and submittal is exactly what SNC's fans need to say.

    Hopefully between you, the Twittering and our FB page, it will one day happen.

    In addition to I know fans are also requesting other shows, Oprah (for example) to consider having SNC as guests, in which everyone of us should all help support.
