Question for fans: I just stumbled on this webpage, and I'm wondering if Straight No Chaser is the group I used to have a tape of back in the early/mid90s (when I was in high school). Someone in my theater group gave it to me, a homemade tape with no credits on it. I listened to it ALL the time. Some of the songs I remember being on it were "Here, There, and Everywhere" by the Beatles and "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" by Queen. I can't remember any more off the top of my head. Does this sound like them to you? Thanks!

I saw the 12 Days video back in 2008. I enjoyed it so much, I found the IU DVD and ordered it immediately. However, I did not watch it right away. Fast forward to 2010 and I happened to see a listing on PBS for SNC at 3 in the morning! I recalled that I enjoyed them, so set the DVR. WOW! It was hook, line, and sinker for me! I found that old college DVD and broke it out of the wrapper for some serious schooling! I've been a nut case ever since! =)

A couple of weeks ago I was flipping throught the stations on TV and came across the Live From NY concert on PBS. From the first song I was hooked. When I found out they were on You Tube I spent hours searching for every clip I could find.

I accidentally came across SNC on pbs when their xmas live from NY concert played, only because it followed the show I was currently taping & watching there.
The story they were telling about them was amazing, so I set the dvr to record them also.
After the first couple songs, I was hooked, & the 2nd one, the Dave Mraz song has become my favorite of theirs. I watched the special twice that nite, recording it to dvd, & proceeded to show it to everyone I work with. By the end of the 2nd showing of the concert, I'd found everything I could about them online & have been hooked ever since.
I turned 50 in february, & I have not gotten so giddy over a group since the Monkies!
After calling in & getting my meet & greet tickets on pbs sunday, & getting to talk to Dan Ponce! on the phone, I went bouncing into work the next morning after almost no sleep cause I was too excited, doing my happy dance & squealing like I was a teenager!
Can't wait til next month & the chicago concert!!!!

A friend sent me the YouTube link of The Twelve Days of Christmas this past year, and I was hooked.

I first saw Straight No Chaser in 1998 at their concert in Bloomington, IN when I was a sophomore in college. I have been hooked ever since! Steve Morgan was my acting partner too in a class. haha.

Having spent several years living in Indiana, when I heard all the stories about the video on YouTube about this group, I immediately checked out the videos. Immediately, I fell in love with the sound and the incredible way music is made without instruments. They are totally awesome, love the humor that comes from the guys and have all their albums. CAN'T WAIT FOR MORE!

I heard them on B101 during the Christmas season in Philly. When the announcer said the name of the group all I heard was Chaser so I ran to my computer and Googled "12 Days of Christmas Chaser" and the rest is history.
