Last week I posted about a mostly unknown SNC song that they recorded way back in 2008 that I came across in a January 2009 blog post.

I decided to go all the way back to the very first blog entry, posted on September 15, 2008, page 48 of the blogs, shown posted by Straight No Chaser, talking about the debut cd.

Walter, Ryan, Michael I, & Randy's blog entries all follow on the next pages, counting down the days to the release of Holiday Spirits.
As I made my way thru the blogs, I was very surprised to find that there wasn't even one comment posted by anyone to any of the blogs!  How different is it now?
Looking at the time, & deciding I'd been up way too late the last couple nites & was going to stop for the night, I couldn't leave without directing you all to a November 3, 2008 blog post by Ryan, with he & his lovely wife Lauren all dressed up for the holiday.  Wow, great job guys!  You can see for yourself at the link below.  This is all going to make for some great reading guys, lots of goodies to see!

I remember the old site, I used to post to it a bit. Alot of fun then and now!

Awwwww, Shaina, our lil girl is all "growed" up now. ;-) I think I missed the cheesecake producing cows.

Donna, there used to be an old version of sncmusic.com that a bunch of us (I remember Kathy, Dave, and S, particularly, since that's how I met those three) used to post regularly on. In, I believe, the beginning of 2009, that site was completely canned to make way for this pretty new one. :) A lot of stuff was moved over, but unfortunately, many of the comments and other stuff that was on the old site is gone. I remember all the really fun discussions we had over there (cheesecake-producing cows), and at the time, all members could write blog posts. We could also form groups and send private messages... Look at me, rambling about the "good old days". Never thought it'd be ME at this stage of my life. ;)
