Single Ladies still missing.

I recently purchased the digital download of With a Twist.  The deciding factor was the BBVD/Single Ladies cover.  I absolutely fell in love with the track and whipped out the credit card right away... only to find that the track I was so excited about is missing the Single Ladies half of the song.  :-(  I see that the question was asked way back in April and that the SNC crew was dealing with it, but I just bought my copy this month. 

How do I get my hands on the correct version?
