Where Were You When SNC Was Mentioned in Various Conversations?

Where have you been when the group was randomly brought up and how?

 

A few weekends ago, we were celebrating my Dad's aunt's 75th birthday and after, the group was brought up since I'd be going to the Chicago Theater Concert. Anyway, my aunt started going on about how wonderful they were.

    No so much having them mentioned in convos when you least expect it, but finding out that people you would never expect to be fans are totally fans.

    And finding out that my pastor (who is one I would never peg as a fan) has seen them live before I have. Waaaaay random.

    I'm usually the 'bringer-upper' in conversations that have an SNC thread. :o)

    The most random I can think of was this past Saturday at my PT job when I mentioned that I was going to see a concert in a few weeks. In past conversations about music, they are all very much into hip hop. Well, when asked who I was seeing, I just said "SNC" and the woman across from me said "I love them! Got everyone their album as a Christmas present!!"

    Everyone who even half way knows me, knows how crazy I am about SNC so it's never brought up randomly around me. :-) This ought to be an interesting thread though.
