    I am so frustrated with this...I sooo want to get my dvd/cd duo! I have emailed the store at store@sncmusic.com, as fellow Chaser Julie advised and I haven't heard from them but hopefully they will get things straightened out. I would suggest you do it also! Hope you get yours soon.

    Hi Penny: I have not received my With A Twist CD/DVD either. I ordered on June 10th. I also tried in vain to contact Marie Sheel by phone & email with no response. I am so glad I came across you with the same issue. It has given me some ideas on what to do. You & I must be soul sisters. Hope you get yours soon. Kay

    Hi Julie,
    Thank you so much for your help. I am going to email the store right away. And to this minute, still not heard from Marie Sheel. I have ordered t-shirts from the store and had no problems; I recieved notice of my purchase and notice when they shipped. I still have the receipt for my cd/dvd purchase so hopefully I can get it soon...Christmas is fast approaching (not that I don't listen to SNC everyday anyways)!

    Penny, I did the preorder of the CD/DVD as well, and had a heck of a time. I usually don't have a problem with the Store. I no longer had my order number for some reason, but I had all of my PayPal info. So, I emailed the store with my info: store@sncmusic.com. It took them more than a few days, but they finally got back to me. They had a delivery confirmation that my item was delivered August 25 to Tulsa, OK. That's all well and good, except I live in Pennsylvania!!! In the meantime, I had ordered the item a second time. I was never able to track the item on UPS.com (again, I was confused by this), but I finally DID get my stuff! Now, I am just trying to figure out how to get reimbursed for the first go-around. Not good to hear that Marie Sheel is non-responsive. Maybe I'll drop a note to David Britz to see if he can help. It can't hurt! So, if you haven't tried yet, try going back to the store. Good luck!

    Thank you so much for choosing the photo of my daughter and I! I am so happy and excited! This is the best news I have had for a long time. The only thing that would beat this is the news that SNC is coming back to Toronto (Belleville would even work) Ontario.
